John Cha

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

John Cha is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Klesis Advisors, where he works closely with clients to help them steward their financial lives with clarity, discipline, and purpose. The firm's mission reflects John's own conviction that wealth should not only support personal goals but also create meaningful impact in the lives of others. At Klesis, he partners with clients to pursue their financial objectives while encouraging and supporting thoughtful structures for charitable giving and long-term stewardship.

John has spent more than three decades advising individuals, families, and entrepreneurs across the full spectrum of wealth management. His work involves helping clients navigate complex financial decisions that often span investments, tax strategy, legal considerations, risk management, business planning, and philanthropy. He is particularly experienced in working with entrepreneurial clients as they prepare for liquidity events and other significant financial transitions.

Prior to co-founding Klesis Advisors, John held leadership roles at several wealth management firms, including Managing Director at TLA Capital Management and Senior Vice President at Twin Lakes Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he worked in private client services at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and held positions at Oppenheimer & Co. and Lehman Brothers.

John graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Rhetoric and Communications, with additional studies in English and Managerial Economics.
