Kayla Kim
Operations Associate
Kayla Kim joined Klesis Advisors as Operations Associate following her graduation from UC San Diego, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. In her role, she supports the day-to-day operations of the firm and contributes to the client experience that is central to everything Klesis does.
At UC San Diego, Kayla served as a Peer Ambassador with the Student Center for Involvement, facilitating more than 100 dialogues on equity, diversity, and inclusion for thousands of members of the university community. The role required strong communication skills, the ability to navigate complex conversations with care, and a consistent focus on the needs of her audience — qualities she brings to her work at Klesis.
Kayla is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel and is known for her attention to detail, her commitment to doing things right, and the positive energy she brings to the team.
She grew up in the San Ramon Valley, where she was a member of the women's soccer team and the National Art Honors Society at Dougherty Valley High School.
