Lauren Banegas serves as Senior Operations Manager at Klesis Advisors, where she is responsible for the operational infrastructure that allows the firm to serve clients with consistency, care, and attention to detail. She joined the firm in 2022 and has played a central role in building and refining the processes that support everything the team does.

Lauren brings more than fifteen years of operations and client service experience to her role, earned across a range of industries that each demanded a high degree of organization, people management, and accountability. Prior to joining Klesis, she spent six years as an Account Manager at Impact Components, where she managed client relationships and inventory programs in the fast-moving world of electronic components distribution. Before that, she spent nearly a decade in operational leadership roles at Gold Medal Martial Arts, where she managed the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, led teams of up to forty employees, and oversaw programs serving more than 1,400 students across four locations.
